Privacy policy

Damir Ialalov, 2/A Aghbyur Serob St., apt. 20, Yerevan, Armenia, is the controller for the personal data described below. This page explains what we process, on what basis, and what you can ask us to do about it.

    Interpretation and definitions

    Interpretation

    Capitalised terms carry the meaning set out below. Definitions apply whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

    Definitions

    "Company", "we", "us" and "our" mean Damir Ialalov. "Service" means the GSC Platform website and API. "Personal data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. "You" means the individual whose data is processed, or the customer accessing the Service.

    Collecting and using your personal data

    Types of data collected

    We handle three distinct categories, and we keep them separate in storage and in access control.

    Personal data

    Data drawn from lawfully available public sources, such as business registry records, domain records and publicly posted reviews. For customers, we also hold the account details needed to operate and bill for the Service.

    Usage data

    Technical records generated when the Service is used: request timestamps, endpoints called, the API key used, and the outcome. These records exist to secure the Service and to produce the audit trail our customers rely on.

    Tracking technologies and cookies

    The marketing website uses only the cookies required to serve the site. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and the API sets no cookies at all.

    Use of your personal data

    Public data is processed to resolve entities and produce reputation and risk assessments for customers. Account and usage data is processed to operate, secure and bill for the Service, and to satisfy our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not infer protected characteristics.

    Retention of your personal data

    Retention periods are enforced by the pipeline rather than by policy alone, so records age out on schedule whether or not anyone intervenes. Audit records are retained for the period the relevant customer agreement specifies.

    Transfer of your personal data

    Data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, and we require equivalent protection from every processor we use.

    Delete your personal data

    You can ask us to delete or suppress data about you at any time. Requests go to info@gscplatform.co; the opt-out page sets out how we verify a request and how long it takes. Suppression propagates to every downstream index we operate, not just the primary store.

    Disclosure of your personal data

    Business transactions

    If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, personal data may transfer as part of that transaction. We would give notice before any transfer changed how data is handled.

    Law enforcement

    We may be required to disclose data where the law compels it. We assess each request for validity, disclose the minimum that satisfies it, and notify the affected party where we are permitted to.

    Other legal requirements

    We may disclose data to protect our legal rights, to investigate wrongdoing in connection with the Service, or to protect the safety of the public where the law allows it.

    Security of your personal data

    Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or better in transit. Access to production data requires a named approval that is itself logged. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

    Children's privacy

    The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly process their data. If you believe a child's data has reached us, write to us and we will delete it.

    Changes to this privacy policy

    We will post any change on this page and update the date shown above. Where a change materially affects how we handle personal data, we will notify affected customers before it takes effect.
