Remove your data

You can ask us to delete or suppress data about you. We process every request, we confirm when it is done, and the suppression propagates to every downstream index we operate.

    Your rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to its processing. We apply the strongest applicable standard rather than the minimum one, so these rights are available regardless of your jurisdiction.

    How to submit a request

    Email info@gscplatform.co with the identifiers you want us to check - the email address, phone number or domain in question - and tell us what you want done with them. One request can cover several identifiers.

    Verification

    We verify that the request comes from the person it concerns, or from somebody authorised to act for them, before we act on it. Verification is deliberately proportionate: we ask for the least that establishes the link, and we delete what you send us for verification once the request is closed.

  4. 04

    Response time

    We acknowledge within three business days and complete within thirty calendar days. If a request is complex enough to need longer, we tell you before the thirty days are up rather than after.
